Explanation

Anytime you have a non-textual item on a page you have to provide an accessible version of it. This applies to items like

• movies
• audio
• Flash objects

If you have a movie you need to provide a synchronized transcript as a caption within the movie. If you have an audio file you need to provide the transcript as a text file. If you use a flash object you need to make sure alternate text has been added to each item and it is keyboard accessible.
