Books (PAMS reference)
From WolfWikis
(Redirected from Books (mathematics))
All books can be located using the library catalog. This includes all e-books and books at different branch libraries.
Most, but not all, physical sciences books will have a call number starting with Q, QA, QB, QC, or QD and be shelved on the 6th floor of the DH Hill Library. Specifically:
- Q - General science
- QA - Mathematics (There is also a small Mathematics Working Collection in Harrelson Hall with additional math titles. Items in the working collection are indexed in the catalog.)
- QB - Astronomy
- QC - Physics
- QD - Chemistry
Related material may be under a different call number, depending on the primary subject.
E-books
You can locate e-books by narrowing your search by format on the left of the catalog results screen. Choose "online". Sometimes you can further narrow to e-books.
