CMB Seminar Instructions

Groups "host" the seminar/journal club on a rotating, biweekly basis. You can edit any of these pages by logging in with your Unity ID.

Internal Seminars

Speaker is responsible for editing the Wiki to give the speaker's name, talk title, and abstract, at least 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled date.

Journal Club

Speaker is responsible for editing the Wiki to give the details of the paper to be read by all participants. You should use the Library Linker to provide a link directly to the article so that others can download it in advance. The speaker will prepare a 20-30 minute overview of the paper to kick off the discussion, and will then lead that discussion.

External Seminars

If your group has a visitor coming to the lab, even on an off-day/off-week, we can arrange the schedule to accomodate them. Just contact the organizers (Riehn or Daniels).
