== Introduction ==
This wikipage is created for ELP 344, School and Society. The purpose of this page is to allow students to collaboratively create a wikipedia entry on a contemporary issue in public education in the United States.

FERPA: Wolfwikis may be altered by other contributors with a NCSU unity ID. However, individuals who do not have a NCSU unity ID may only read the entries. Because changes made to Wolfwiki pages are tracked in the page history by Unity ID, there is a lack of anonymity. Thus, students have signed a FERPA Consent Form and submitted it to the instructor to acknowledge their written consent to acknowledge that they choose to participate and understand the lack of anonymity associated with their participation in creating a Wolfwiki page.
