Meeting Minutes from March 14, 2007

General Update:

- We have 4 tables and a 10' x 10' area reserved for the bike area
- We will need the time that the Cycling Club can be out there with the rollers

Activity Updates:

- Bicycle assessment station -- no one in attendance had an update, Adena is following up

- Safety/Education -- the table will have brochures, lap top for on site bike registration (registrants will get their stickers on site)

- Poker ride -- There was a lot of discussion on this see Poker Ride/Campus Ride for the details.

- Local Vendor Participation -- no one in attendance had an update, Caitlin offered to stop in to a local vendor if someone can point her in the right direction.

- Commuter information -- Peter, Adeola and Adena will work on some maps that we can hand out that would show some different commute routes, Peter offered to loan his bike for the event to show an example of a commuter bike

- Give away/raffle -- Adena offered to give away WolfTrails thermoses as prizes, Peter offered to ask WallMart if they would donate any bike-related items

- Other -- Adena will work on promoting the event

- Next meeting -- April 2, 10 am, Transportation Office
