Vista to Moodle: Migration Documentation
The Blackboard Vista license is expiring in the summer of 2011. That gives us just under two years to migrate nearly 3,000 sections from the Vista LMS into Moodle. Currently, the only course items that transfer directly are files and quizzes, though the DELTA development team is working on new tools to assist in the migration of other features and content.
Below are guides that will help instructors migrate their content from Vista into Moodle. The LearnTech help desk offers assistance with any troubleshooting that may be needed along the way, so please don't hesitate to contact us. In the meantime, we are working on a fully assisted solution, which will involve the LearnTech staff migrating your content for you. Until the details are etched out, however, we can still provide basic assistance as you move your content from one LMS to the other.
