Explanation

You want to make sure that each of your pages looks similar to the others in terms of color schemes and layouts. It is very disjarring to users when each page or select pages of your site look noticeably different from one another. They can begin to wonder if they are in the right place any more.

Using Dreamweaver templates and CSS can help you keep a consistent look and feel across the site.
